The school district leadership, independent charter school, head of private school, or homeschool/PEP parent will request a DEAA (Dual Enrollment) and/or EAAA (Early Admission) from USF. Students, individual public schools or school counselors DO NOT request an articulation agreement.
Students are ELIGIBLE to participate in dual enrollment once their public school district/ charter school/ private school / homeschool or PEP parent administrator has requested & signed an articulation agreement [Dual Enrollment Articulation Agreement (DEAA) with USF]. As the Homeschool or PEP administrator, you must send a copy of the signed letter from your local superintendent (the district you registered in) stating that your homeschooling took place in their district and is in compliance with state law.
Ask your school district or charter or private school to verify they have a DEAA with USF. Articulation Agreements are requested and signed by the following signing authorities: Public School Board Officials for that public school district; Homeschool or PEP parent/administrator; or Private / Charter School administrator.
